Leroy has worked for more than 9 years in the communications industry, focusing on converging the industries of telecommunications and computers.  At ComTel, Leroy demonstrates an exceptional talent for exceeding customer expectations on the service side of Engineering and Implementation.

As a Senior Systems Engineer, Leroy designs and implements business communications solutions to meet complex customer requirements, while developing and delivering technical training and support for field staff, supervisors, and administrators. His customer-focused philosophy places clients in the center of ComTel’s strategy.

Prior to his position at ComTel, Leroy served as the technical lead for Summit Communications and was involved in various aspects of PBX, STS, and Call Center based solutions for a number of private and government clients.  He was also selected for and completed a prestigious internship at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories where he studied numerous emerging versatile technologies with a plan to apply his new skills to the Hawaii marketplace and community.
