Dawn started working at ComTel as a receptionist ten years ago.
Because of her tenacity in problem solving; her ability to learn
quickly and her loyalty to our customers and the ComTel Team, Dawn has
experienced every function within the company.
Due to her positive attitude and willingness to contribute in any
way, she has even worked as a technician at customer sites. With
determination, she gives every ComTel customer excellent service based upon:

Today, as ComTel’s Assistant Operations Manager, she is responsible for customer
service, administration and logistics, scheduling and finance.
Her many years of experience in diverse areas and levels of
responsibility have enabled her to appreciate our customers’ perspectives
and to orchestrate ComTel’s varied resources and complex challenges to
routinely exceed expectations.
Dawn is both a formal and informal leader.
