When Matt co-founded ComTel, his mission was to bridge the gap between telephones and computers while keeping the technology affordable for small and medium sized businesses in Hawaii. Today, ComTel is an industry leader and innovator. And to this day, Matt’s vision of quality and affordability are still essential aspects of ComTel’s business model.

Matt is one of the few technological experts in Hawaii who holds Microsoft as well as numerous voice manufacturer certifications from companies like Nortel and NEC. For this reason, he’s frequently asked to speak at commercial gatherings and educational forums. In 2004, he was a judge in Microsoft’s Imagine Cup, a technology contest for college students.
