Susan’s accomplished professional career spans more than twenty-five years. Over that time, her broad range of experience has included assignments with telephone utilities, equipment vendors, software developers and consulting firms. In addition, she has directed Information Systems operations for a 22-property hotel chain and regional airline.

What does Susan’s extensive background mean to you? Solid advice when it comes to implementing and optimizing new converged technologies. Leveraging her telephony knowledge and IT experience, she helps ComTel clients use applications in ways that improve efficiency and productivity while maintaining a strong balance between quality, customer focus, and the corporate bottom line.

In addition to her post at ComTel, Susan serves on the Board of the Association of IT Professionals and the Hawaii TeleCommunications Association and is an active member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association.
